Your Erg Chigaga Desert Adventure 3 Days begins with an early morning departure from Marrakech. Journey through the breathtaking High Atlas Mountains via the scenic Tizi n’Tichka Pass (2,260m), offering panoramic views of Berber villages and lush valleys.

Stop at the UNESCO-listed Ait Ben Haddou, an ancient kasbah famous for its role in movies like Gladiator and Game of Thrones. After exploring the kasbah, continue to Ouarzazate, known as the “Hollywood of Morocco.”

After lunch, drive through the Draa Valley, with its lush palm groves and ancient kasbahs, before reaching Agdez, a historic caravan route town. Enjoy dinner and overnight at a charming guesthouse.

Day 2: Agdez – Zagora – Tamgroute – Mhamid – Erg Chigaga

After breakfast, continue the Erg Chigaga Desert Adventure 3 Days towards Zagora, a gateway to the Sahara. Visit Tamgroute, an ancient village famous for its green pottery and underground Koranic library.

Drive past Mhamid, the last town before the vast desert, where paved roads end and the adventure truly begins! Switch to a 4×4 vehicle for an exciting off-road journey through sandy tracks leading to the magnificent Erg Chigaga dunes—one of Morocco’s most remote and untouched desert landscapes.
